Women Film Festival / Shenkar
The Women's Film Festival is an annual international event in New England, celebrating cinema by and for women. It showcases films by female filmmakers worldwide, highlighting diverse voices and stories. The festival offers a variety of activities, including film screenings, workshops, panel discussions, and an open-air market with arts, crafts, and local foods.
For the festival's branding, I aimed to create a vibrant visual identity that reflects its spirit of diversity and empowerment. The design features bold, geometric shapes and illustrations of women, conveying strength and unity. The modern and dynamic aesthetic captures the intersection of cultures, genres, and perspectives, aligning with the festival's mission to celebrate women's voices in film.
